Welcome! I offer compassionate support through grief and life’s transitions, honoring each person’s unique story. Alongside grief, I also work with both teens and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship concerns. These struggles can feel overwhelming and isolating, but therapy can provide a space to feel understood, supported, and empowered.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #138392), my approach is collaborative and flexible—I meet clients where they are and adjust my style to fit their needs. Sometimes that means offering gentle support and validation, while other times it means being more direct in exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with experiential techniques, to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and make lasting changes in their lives.
Grief, in particular, has been an area of focus in my work. In addition to individual therapy, I have led grief support groups where I have helped clients honor their loss, process painful emotions, and find ways to carry their loved one’s memory while continuing to move forward. I understand that grief looks different for everyone, and I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for each person’s unique journey through loss.
This commitment to honoring individual experiences extends beyond grief work; it is also rooted in my appreciation for cultural diversity. Having lived and traveled internationally, I bring a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and experiences. These opportunities have shaped me into a more culturally competent therapist, allowing me to connect with clients from varied backgrounds and help them feel truly seen and understood.
Together, we can work to strengthen resilience, increase self-awareness, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to support you in moving forward with greater confidence, clarity, and balance.
