About Me
Matt is a Marriage Family Therapist Associate (126488) under the supervision of Maryanne Duan (LMFT Lic. 94176). I am a first generation American who has successfully adapted to the normalcies of American culture and the society which I live in today. There are several hardships that come with life that require time and experience to overcome and to grow from. I’ve had personal experiences and professional education in developing healthier family relations, take steps forward to ensure my goals are met, being more aware and mindful of my surroundings, and accepting the situations that may be unsettling at first but can be used positively.
What to Expect
First, I’d like to thank you for taking a step forward towards continuing to develop yourself. It’s not always easy to ask for help. Information can be so sensitive, or life is already a lot to handle. With whatever information you disclose to me and time you invest with me, I will maintain confidentiality and make sure that you are overcoming your hardships in a simple and organized plan. I’ll be there to help you come up with your goals, a realistic plan, and walk you through making the changes you want in your life.
