Deep down, I have always been drawn to fulfilling a higher cause, that of serving others in whatever capacity I can. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT Lic. 155495), I take great pride in optimizing my passion for helping others achieve growth blended with my integrity and excellent communication skills in order to make my community a place of healing. From meeting new people to helping them receive mental health care services, I am committed to offering consistent guidance and attentive support in every process using various therapeutic approaches including solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have specialized in handling addiction & substance abuse, family dysfunctions, grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, PTSD, and personal development.
Having come from the background that I grew up in, I do understand what it feels like to go through challenging times mentally. Armed with this knowledge, I patiently take my clients on a journey of growth and self-worth. Through my education in Sociology, and Marriage and Family Therapy, I have been natured into a kind, understanding, and resourceful therapist who has created an environment where others can feel free to express their feelings. I do believe that I can help get my client’s life back on track. All that it takes is patience, determination, resilience, and of course a compassionate therapist.
