With over 7000 hours of clinical experience, she has helped extensively individuals who experienced crisis, trauma, PTSD, difficulty in marital and family relationships, workplace conflicts, life stage transitions, grief and loss, low self-esteem, divorce and separation, infidelity, mood disorders, depression and anxiety, stress, and cultural adjustment in the USA.

Clinical Experience
Maryanne Duan acquired supervised training in a mental health outpatient clinic, working with individuals who were struggling with severe mental illnesses such as Major Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Substance Dependency. She subsequently interned in a community counseling center where she provided counseling services to clients who experienced difficulties in marital and family relationships, communication and social interactions, job satisfaction, life after divorce, coping with grief and loss, overcoming depression and anxiety, and daily stress management. Maryanne Duan’s additional experiences include crisis intervention and assessment, and psychological testing as a PsyD Intern.
