With my background as a high-performance life coach along with my education in Clinical Psychology as a Marriage and Family Therapist intern, I help individuals in their lives and relationships with stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions, including sexual and substance use. I also work with couples to improve their communication skills, conflict resolution, and their connection to one another.
Although therapy is a place where heavy and serious matters are discussed, I do offer a unique blend of compassion, empathy, life experiences, and humor to the sessions. Evidence-based research shows that the relationship between the therapist and client helps determine the success of treatment. I’d love to schedule a free consultation with you and see if we are the right fit.
I am under the supervision of Maryanne Duan, license number 94176.
